WBPSC Recruitment Notification for Sub Divisional Information and Cultural Officer Posts: The Public Service Commission of West Bengal (WBPSC) has given an employment notification for Sub-Divisional Information and Cultural Officer posts in the West Bengal Sub-Ordinate Information and Cultural Servicer under the Information and Cultural Affairs Department. Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for State Government Jobs through the official website of the Commission. The candidates can apply for 32 Sub-Divisional Information and Cultural Officer posts from 14th August 2018 to 4th September 2018. Public Service Commission Advertisement No: 25/2018. WBPSC Sub Divisional Information and Cultural Officer
Vacancies: 32 (UR=16, SC=08, ST=01, PWD=01, OBC-A=03, OBC-B=03).
Name of the Post: Sub-Divisional Information and Cultural Officer.
Educational Qualification: The candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University for applying to WBPSC Officer Jobs in West Bengal. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali will be treated as an essential qualification to apply online for the said posts.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates must be between 21 to 36 years as on 1st January 2018. Upper age limit relaxation is admissible by 5 years for SC, ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal.
Pay Scale: (PB-4) Rs.9000-Rs.40500 + Grade Pay Rs.4700.
Application Fee: The candidates are required to pay an application fee amounting to Rs.160/- (Gen & OBC) through online/offline mode. Online payment of requisite fee can be made by using Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards. The candidates can also deposit the application fee through bank counter (offline mode). SC, ST, PWD candidates of West Bengal are exempted from any fee.
